Anthony Myint’s antojitos truck turned sandwich dispenser gave me the gift of pork belly & jicama with pickled jalapeno and cilantro aioli on scallion flatbread (salty, sweet, hot, and cool), and a fresh-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookie, and all I had to do was hand over $6 and wait for a little while. Luckily, I was one of the first 10 people; by the time I had devoured mine the line was stretched halfway down the block. The food was messy on a dixie plate and tinfoil, but thoroughly fantastic; if Anthony can speed up his turnaround time without dropping the quality, this is going to make my short list of great cheap meals in the Mission.
